Alice is a great waxer, and I have been to a few before, she manages to do everything quickly and almost painlessly. But, more importantly, she's great to talk to and is so genuine. Frank is very sweet, but he snores. Highly recommended.

Amazingly friendly, so comfortable, I have the pain tolerance of a 2 year old and it didn't hurt( waxing).
Also mr frank the dog is an added bonus.
Highly recommend if you want to be comfortable, relaxed and leave feeling great !!!

Absolutely amazing!! Alice is so welcoming and makes you feel extremely comfortable. I had a Hollywood Wax at another salon before going to Better beauty and it was a horrible experience but when I went to Alice it was great and hardly hurt at all!! I really recommend going for all of your treatments and waxing. I will definitely be returning as a regular customer for all of mine X

I stumbled in to Alice's shop about 3 years ago now, and I'm so happy I did! She does amazing work, I get waxes regularly and would never go anywhere els! She is such a people person! My mum has been to her as well and only has the best thing to say about her and her services! And I can never leave out Frank, the beauty pug! He'll support you through everything!

I only started getting my eyebrows waxed about 2 years ago. Alice did them the first time and they where perfect; Alice goes with what suits the eye and doesn't go generic thin,unless you want that. The first time I visited Alice I felt immediate at ease and felt i had known her ages. She's bubbly chatty takes your mind completely away from the pain of waxing .
My partner also visits her and he said he would go no where else.

I've been going to Alice for a couple years now and she is an amazing beautician, very friendly and extremely professional. I'm always happy with the standard of my waxing treatments and am a regular client with bookings every few weeks. I've had a painful experience previously with a different beautician so was weary and wanted to find someone good and I definitely found that with Alice! There's a great range of treatments so something for everyone, I would 100% recommend to anyone who was looking for a new beautician. Pricing is clear and reasonable, plus I can always trust Alice's recommendations are honest unlike some other beauticians you may find who just want to get something out of you.

Not only is she a fantastic beautician. She also made me feel very welcome when I moved to Maidstone and did not know a soul!
